From Little´s Law to team happiness and how Math explains why and how SCRUM works. Queuing theory can help explain why Agile Principles work with a human centered approach applied to teams (IT and non-IT). This approach was implemented in Anheuser-Bush InBev Middle Americas to create our Agile LAB. This idea helped us expand our learning to other teams and scale up by using “self-organized” teams to solve user, customer and consumer problems.
